The new building is proposed to be on five above grade floors, coupled with one basement to house the required number of car parking serving male students, staff and building utilities. The ground floor level shall be dedicated for the various educational centers supported by the college of education staff and faculty members. The first and second floors shall house orientation and relaxation areas for the students. The libraries and the administrative staff of the new college of education shall share the third floor while the fourth floor shall accommodate all faculty staff offices and related functions.
