Designer and modellers
- Equipment modelling and layout for process plants, yard pipe racks, tank frames and utilities.
- Piping system modelling and layout generation for offshore and onshore of oil and gas, petro chemical plants and refinery plants.
- Steel structural modelling and general arrangements of equipment, piping and ducting support structure.
- HAVC duct roughing 3Dmodel and general arrangement drawings produce.
- Clash deduction and feasibility analysis of piping, structural, equipment and ducting.
- Holes and penetration management of piping and ducting of oil and gas projects.
- General arrangement draft extractions of piping layout and key plan creation by using auto plant software.
- Participation and handing model reviews & video conferences with the client / inter disciplines.
- Make piping support, piping supports-drawing preparation for nonstandard supports.
- Preparing Isometrics and general arrangement of piping.
- Review the piping design documents (P&ID, Isometrics, GA’s, supports details, orientation drawings and vendor drawings).
- Continuously updated project drawings and documents to final as built status.
- Exposure in 3D model reviews, design reviews, clash checks using Navis works.
- Develop the piping layout as per standards, required detailed engineering to be done.
- Auto plant 3D problem solving, standardize ISO output & every 3D output.
- Field dimensioning, preparation of site sketch preparation as built drawings.
- Inter discipline / squad check of other department drawings.
- Preparation of detail drawings extraction of equipment and steel structural arrangements.
- MTO-Material Take Off extraction of piping layout equipment, and steel structural.
- BOM-Bill of material extraction of entire piping systems and steel structural.
- Preparation/checking of nozzle orientation drawings.
Essential of Administrator:
- 3D administrator part very conversant with Auto plant 3D software.
- Customize and update the primitives, standard items and vendor equipment based on the vendor catalogues.
- Specification development of Piping, equipment and other items like HVAC, Electricals in the auto plant 3D.
- MDS-multi discipline supports upload into the auto plant 3D.
- Rectify the problems in the auto plant 3D software while doing the projects.
- Attend the meetings and video conference for clarification with the client regarding project related quires and implementing the customized client’s desired items in the auto plant 3D.
