Job Description:
- Preparing the General arrangement drawings of building plans and sections in all floors from ground floor to top
- Architecture plans and foundation arrangement details development.
- Calculate excavation tonnage and prepare graphs and fill hauling diagrams for use in earth moving operations.
- Draft plans and detailed drawings for structures, installations and construction projects such as building, sewage disposal system.
- Draw maps, diagrams, and profiles, using auto cad.
- Preparing drawing of general arrangement and plan of RCC buildings.
- Preparing drawing of raft foundation and footings general arrangements.
- Making reinforcement drawings of raft foundation, footings, column, beams and slab.
- Making bar bending schedule for all type of reinforcement of the buildings.
- General arrangement and foundation plan drawings creations.
- Architecture general plan and detail drawings developments.
- Architecture tile layout creation.
- Layout creation of new proposed buildings.
- Plans and section of commercial buildings.
- Supervise and train other technologists, technicians and drafters.
- Review rough sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data received from civil engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts.
- 3D product designing, interior and exterior drawings, shop drawings.
- Design firms like steel structural detailing, fabrication drawing and erection drawings.
